I'm trying to use DOWNLOAD@ to read a small (<12bytes) text file on a website but some clients are finding that it can take up to 2 minutes to return a value if they are on a slow connection. Is there any way to set a "timeout" so that it will return an error after say 20s?

No, that routine uses the system time-out. |
