Have the writers of Simpleplot vanished, the link to www.buss.co.uk on the Silverfrost website seems to be invalid.

Probably they went to upgrade their CGA graphics card. |

Ian,
I seem to recall this question being asked a year or two ago, and someone eventually replied that simpleplot was no longer supported, though I can't find this particular thread.

As far as I know SimplePlot is nolonger supported and I think you will find to difficult to get hold of a set of manuals.
The DLL is still part of the FTN95 release and you will be able to continue to use the existing functionality based on the limited documentation within FTN95.chm. |

Paul et al,
Thanks, so it is probably a little late fo me to start using Simpleplot, however, by a small quirk of fate, it seems that I did download the manuals some time ago and have now found them in my extensive but generally useless backup. (Mmmm! I must transcribe those paper tapes onto a readable device sometime)
For my purposes, I will probably find that "ExtremelySimplePlot" will be sufficient, which I will have to write myself, especially considering the general consensus of opinion.
Is there likely to be a similar replacement and how long will it remain as part of FTN95?
Regards
Ian |

There is currently no prospect of a replacement for SimplePlot.
There is no reason to remove it from the FTN95 release so long as users want to use it. |
