get_filtered_file@

The button to select the chosen file is captioned 'Save', is there anyway to caption it 'Open' as in FILE_OPENR & FILE_OPENW. Does the MUSTEXIST valiable control this?

Ian, I believe so. I just looked into my code and found

call get_filtered_file@(string,ifile,cfile,text,value,i,1L)

anywhere I use this routine. Simply set MUSTEXIST to 1 and it seems to run in the way you want.
