User memory problem

I have a user of my FTN95 application who gets the following error message at start up:-

Unable to allocate 680500644(bytes) of virtual common memory at address 0x20000000. Last error is 487.Fatal run-time error.

His machine is running XP 32bit with 2GB of ram and 1.5 GB paging file.

I cannot replicate the problem myself. I found a machine with a mere 368MB of ram and 0.5GB page file, which had no problem firing up this application. I tried using older versions of Salflibc.dll, but everytime the app fired up perfectly!!!

I'm pulling my hair out, any suggestions or ideas would be most welcome!

Is it possible that your user has insufficient space on his hard disk, or some related disk problem other than a memory (RAM) problem?
