Version 5.00 - some minor issues

1. Not a major issue, but when installing to the non-standard location, the VS plugins are still installed to C:\Program Files\Silverfrost. It is possible to put them elsewhere by installing them manually from the msi file but it would be nicer if they went to the same place as the FTN95 folder.

2. The /QUICK_BOUNDS option appears to have disappeared from the compiler, but it is still available within the VS.NET2003 plugin and when set, generates a compiler error. The switch is also referenced in the 'Run-time diagnostics' section of the help file.

/QUICK_BOUNDS is not implemented for FTN95 and, as far as I can tell, has never been implemented. The compiler now gives a warning if it appears on the command line. Any documentation should be ignored.

Aha - that would explain why I've never come across any array bounds overwrites with it on then 😄 Thanks.
