Missing routine for 64-bit

CMNAMR appears to be missing

The following symbols were not defined:

CMNAMR, Used in f:\CMASTERF95\RELEASE\win64\CSYSMSG_BUILDER.obj

Currently this is a very minor item as the 32-bit version of this small utility works well.

At the moment, for x64 this routine requires a terminating @, i.e. CMNAMR@.

OK!

The @ form also works for 32 bits ($ for third party compilers).

The @ form is standard and it's the documentation that needs changing.
