Entry point get_file_size not found

In the latest v9.0.0, I am getting the above error in SIMDEM64.DLL. Any ideas?

If you are not using Simdem then you should rename simdem64.dll so that it is not scanned by SLINK64.

This is a temporary work-around for a know regression in v9.0.

simdem64.dll can be found in folder that contains FTN95.exe.
