Allocate using Source=

The following program should allocate the logical array and assign all values to .false., but in FTN95 the array is not allocated.

Program p
   Logical, Dimension(:), Allocatable :: l
   Allocate ( l(2), Source=.false. )
   Print *, l
End Program p

This issue has now been fixed for a future release of FTN95.
