GET_SCREEN_DIB returns a handle that sometimes is 0 and sometimes it is not

Hi,

a customer, Dr. Matthes, reports a problem with SUBROUTINE GET_SCREEN_DIB@( HDIB, X1, Y1, X2, Y2). He says that sometime HDIB returns 0 and sometimes it does not. He has no idea why. Any idea?
