A couple Plato 3 suggestions

Hi,

I think Plato 3 is a big improvement from earlier versions and quite nice to work with.

It would be very helpful if it could display dependencies if asked and if one could link in other help files (specifically, fsimpleplot.chm, for example).

Thanks for the suggestions. If you want to have a look at the raw dependency data, you will find it in the project .ini file.
