We have a licensed version that I am trying to help my supervisor install on her system. She got the information for the license from the main IT group who purchased it for her.
When we do the install, the software installs, but when we run the executable we get the banner saying that the copy is a personal version copy and not licensed.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled and this has not solved the problem.
