Difference Between INCLUDE and USE

I found a surprising differnce between INCLUDE and USE in the new version: My programs were missing function GetEnvironmentVariableA as long as I applied INCLUDE <WIN32API.INS>. After changing to USE MSWIN32 everything works fine.

You will need to remove the final 'A' from GetEnvironmentVariableA when including win32api.ins.
