Mail box error

Greetings. I have sent this problem to our silverfost support also.

Mails from my mailbox are not been despatched. I am unable to see the preview of the message also. I shows

Template->make_filename(): Error - file privmsgs_preview.tpl does not exist

Is there any problem in my mailbox settings. Pls. help

In continuation with my earlier mailer, This is related to my silverfrost mail inbox related. Why my mailbox message preview is not visible and shows error. Any suggestion to fix this..

Perhaps, this is not related to issues of the browser.

Whereas, the Preview for my forum messages are properly visible. but not to my mailbox messages.
