Plato 7.1 is starting too slow

On my workstation Plato 7.0 needs to start half a second. Plato 7.1 needs 16 (sixteen) seconds to start. ??? Erwin

I don't know why that should be.

You can probably just copy Plato 7.0 across. It is a stand-alone application and the everything should be compatible.Take a backup first for safety.
