Command line missing in ftn95pe

I need help starting ftn95pe. After downloading when I double click on the Plato icon the page appears but is lacking the command line normally containing the black compile button ( and other icons) and although I can type in the small tutorial program I cannot make it work. I am hoping someone on the forum may have a solution.

I am not sure what your mean. You should be able to see a toolbar with 'Compile' etc. If not then look on the 'View' menu and select the item to view the 'Build' toolbar.
