Plato: display of find results always corrupted

For a few days now the results displayed in the Find Results 1 window are always partially obscured with the text of the string I searched for, rendered in blue. Makes it very difficult to see the results! How did I provoke this? Is there something I can do about it?

I have the same effect. Maybe due to an automatic Microsoft update. I have not yet had chance to look into the cause.

Adjusting the font size for the text in the result window will fix the problem.
