Loss of text transparency

When I put computer with Clearwin program to sleep/hibernation and then when computer wakes up the GUI texts are totally messed up. What specifically changed is background under texts. This happen to the new addition I was advocating - the so called transparent texts on the graphics texture background of window. Basically transparency is lost and substituted by the white background

Just upgraded to 7.1 and after few days this bug started to appear again (even without computer sleep). This problem looks like this now: the black lines are not my photoshop editions: they supposed to be the text on top of bitmap background. Background became black versus white in the picture above
