"Unable to communicate with FTN95LIB"

I have encountered the same error.

When used in command prompt, such ' FTN95 .f95 /link /clr ', the process is successful. But in VS 2003, the compilation failed with '** Unable to communicate with FTN95LIB'.

Try re-installing the FTN95 Visual Studio plug-in first of all. If that fails, try re-installing everything.

The error message results from a GAC (Global Assembly Cache) failure but I do not know why it should fail.

I have re-installed everything, including FTN95 & VS .NET 2003, but the failure still remains.

p.s. The failure occurs on my note book pc, and on my desktop pc, everything OK
