Access violation, could not open *.obj file with Profiling

Try to build a program with Output profile information. During the process two problem occur:

1. during compiling program.f95 I see the following: Access violation: The instruction at address 561af000 attempted to read from location 561af000 561af000 routine at address 561AF000 [+0000]

2. and then, at the end of the log: Could not open Program.obj.

I upgraded from 6.10 to 7.00 but the problem still exists.

Is the program short enough to post here?

Hello, No, program is big. I've just post an example with 'Program' name. I can post the begining (with declaration of variables). But the problem is reproduced only with Output profile option.
