Speed comparison of ftn95

I found that FTN95 9.0 version (win32) is 2 to 3% slower than its earlier version FTN95 3.4 version(win32). Which version of ftn95 is fastest, I found that version 4.6/4.7 was still very slow and exe file generated was huge. Pl comment.

I do not know of any reason why the run times are significantly different unless you have used different command line options when compiling.

Using /CHECK or /CHECKMATE etc will slow things down and create much larger executables.
