Toolbars

The Built Toolbar does not keep its selected position in Plato 4.5.0. After every start the Built Toolbar is at the right side of the Standard Toolbar. It disturbs me.

OK I see what you mean. I will make note to fix this.

I have now fixed this for the next release.
