I use JabRef for managing my references. If you are familiar with LaTeX you will probably know this.
Anyway, I discovered that I can manage my Plato projects as well. In doing so I have a good overview and can start Plato by clicking on the gear 😄
JabRef offers an option to set external links and programs.
