put_dib_block@ and ercode=4

Hi there, put_dib_block@ is returning ercode=0 on my PC and ercode=4 on another PC. However, ercode=4 is not decribed in the manual. Who knows about ier=4?

This is not documented but corresponds to a failure to allocate memory off the stack.
