Need to warn about undefined variables (VS2010)

I need to get a warning if I use an undefined variable! Is there any Compilerswitch? I tried /CHECK but there was no warning about the undefined variable.

Did I something wrong or how can I get a warning?

check out /UNDEF in the compiler options to see if it covers what you want.
