Mouse Wheel Nonop in Plato 4.3.0

I have Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit; Silverfrost personal with Plato 4.3.0.

My MS mouse wheel will not scroll text in Plato, whether I click into the text or not.

The mouse scrolls all other text files just fine - including Plato's own 'help'.

I'd really like to have this functionality.

Does the mouse wheel not work in Plato?

I have the same OS (maybe not the Pro) and the same Plato. Mouse wheel works fine for me.
