NO SCC HELP IN WINDOWS 7

I cant access SCC Help from the Plato Help. No problems in XP and Vista.

I don't have Windows 7 at the moment but I would expect the behaviour to be the same a Vista where you have to download a help engine from Microsoft in order to get these old help files to run.
