Error message "Unable to open c:\Program.obj" is produced when compiling

This error may be given when using older versions of Salford compilers when the product has been installed into a directory path containing spaces. To solve the issue the compiler should be installed into a directory path with no spaces. New versions of Salford compilers do not have this problem.
