I currently use the HELP_CONTENTS call-back function to access help (*.hlp) from my FTN95 compiled program. Windows 7 does not support .hlp files. Is there a call-back function to specify a html or chm help file? THanks

Have you tried 'use_url@' and pass the name of the html file or any other file type recognised by Windows. You can create a pdf and pass the name of that file to use_url@.
