Version 5.30 of FTN95 (with its associated salflibc.dll) includes a new button control that is similar to that produced by the format code %bt but uses %bb. The main difference between %bt and %bb is that the button text for %bb includes an image resource for an icon that appears before the text.
In the following sample, the name of the image resource is icon1 and the text that follows is 'Keywords'. The image corresponds to a 16x16 icon in the file d16.ico.
