%tb mouseover sensitivity

I would find it very convenient to have a CHM file that only dealt with Clearwin. Presumably .NET users might feel the same.

There are a number of things that I can only do with %tb, and can't do with %ib. It would be very helpful to be able to have a %tb button respond to a 'mouseover' event - perhaps by specifying an extra bitmap and another qualifier code. Some of the forms of %ib button respond to mouseover, but only within what is possible from a single source bitmap.
