Dear All,
Firstly I'd like to say hi to everyone as this is my first time. My problem is that I downloaded a free personal edition of the Fortran 77 compiler from the Salford Software site. I have used it before and did not encounter problems than. But now having reinstalled it I find that it can compile the source code but cannot create the executable .exe for the source code instead it displays the following message:
test77.obj Could not open
where "test77" is the name of my source code.
I have made sure that the pathway to the Fortran 77 compiler is specified by going through plato(ver.2.21) --> options --> show products.
I would appreciate any advice to the recommended fix for this particular problem. Thanks in advance for the help.

You may find that this problem is resolved if you use Plato3 as suggested in my reply to your other query. |
