FTN 95. I have a subroutine in an include file. When compiled I get error 28, "missing END or CONTAINS statement".
CONTAINS not mentioned in help file. What should I be doing?
Also cannot get focus on output window when it contains error 28.

Tony
CONTAINS is a keyword in the Fortran 90 standard.
FTN95 thinks that you have omitted an END statement from your subroutine.
If the END statement is present then FTN95 has not handled your INCLUDE statement correctly.
Make sure that the whole of the subroutine appears in the INCLUDE file.
FTN95 will not be happy if, for example, you put the END statement in the main body rather than the INCLUDE file. |
