Plato fails when selecting blocks. The selected text is skipped and the edit applied to a character after the end (or beginning) of the selection. For example , selectin a work using Shift and Left Error, followed by Backspace normally deletes the selected word. On the laptop the word is skipped and the previous character is deleted.

The editor (from the same download) works on a desktop running Windows 11 home, but fails on the laptop using Windows 11 pro. Same file copied from one to the other.

I do not know if Plato has a setting that affect this behavior but I couldn't find one.

I can provide more if needed.

My guess is that something in the Windows 11 keyboard interface is problematical.
