That can. Because is entirely done in Fortran and can be natively incorporated into any code. Not even mentioning it looks way better. Source code is available.

Or one more example. if there was a widget similar to %pl for pie chart, and 3D plot that would be also one line of Fortran code and all that controls and sliders at the left - its Settings. Just needs some work to add axis ticks and numbers and add reflections and better lighting
