Can anyone suggest aneasy to use subroutine package with SNMP functins like GET, BULKGET, etc.?

I have no experience of SNMP but looking around came across this which has Windows support:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/net-snmp

So long as the library is provided as a standard DLL you should be able to make use of it from FTN95 programs,
