Yes, Alex. I have a tablet that runs Windows 10 - it's a 9 inch Windows tablet. It's rather useless, as in Windows conventional mode, the icons and menus are too small to activate, and although a keyboard and mouse can be attached, it is only possible through the single micro-usb socket, and even if you have a clever adaptor, the tablet won't charge if any other devices are attached (the charger connects via usb). With Bluetooth or a second usb port - it wold work, although I would need my most powerful spectacles. And, as it only has a 32 Gb ssd, it won't run Windows update, which means that the darn thing keeps moaning on about failed updates.
In tablet mode, it just isn't as good as an Android tablet like the Kindle Fire.
Add to that the fact that you can't pocket it ...
PS. It does run FTN95, despite being 32-bit, and only 1Gb ram.
