Does Silverfrost support UNSIGNED integer data types (as in the F95 extension?) We have data from C++ coming in as signed 32-bit integers, and declaring them as integer*8 in Fortran doesn't always work.

The simple answer is no but there may be a way to get round this.
Perhaps you could provide more information about what you want to do and how it goes wrong.
