How do I make Plato delete the word just left of the cursor. Many popular editors use ctrl-backspace for this task, but Plato does not and I can't find anything else that works. _________________ Stan Musick |

You can create your own macro for this and assign it to Ctrl+Back.
Place the cursor to the right of a word in the text.
Go to Tools then Record/Configure macro. Give the macro a name or use the default Macro1 etc.
Select the key VK_BACK and click on the Ctrl check box and then click on the Record button.
In the text, press Ctrl+Shift+Left Arrow and then the Back key to delete the word.
Stop the recording using the small Record dialog that is showing.
That's it. |

Thanks Paul. This works great, and exactly as you instructed. _________________ Stan Musick |
