Which version of Plato is causing problems and under what operating system?

I am using Plato Ver 4.64 on Win 7 and Win 8.1 and still get these reported problems often.

Version 4.70 is available with FTN95 version 7.20 but perhaps the latest personal edition has not been released yet.
