Dear Silverfrost
In the event that I would create and sell (lucky me) any software developed with Silverfrost and using the Dll's are there any 'penalties'. I.e. any fee to be paid to Silverfrost, any TM's etc?
Regards

No, there are no costs. The associated dlls can be distributed free of charge. |

Provided that you have a full licence, and not the Personal Edition, that is.
In my experience you can develop extremely professional looking (and functioning) applications with FTN95, and several people who contribute to this forum have done so. There are some limitations as to what you can do in the user interface, and unless you work hard at it you are likely to get a dated (Windows 95/98/XP) look, especially if you use %ib for toolbars, and drawing icons is a lot more difficult than you'd think. |
