Ahoy!
I downloaded ftn95 free, and installed it with my VS2010 professional on an XP machine. It did take a loooong time, but eventually completed. But then when I run VS, only some of the plugin features 'took'. Under file/new/project, it lists "FTN95 Projects" under templates, and lists the 3 example fortran projects. But if I select any of them, I get an error indicating that "... project type (.ftn95p) is not supported by this version of the application".
So clearly only part of the plugin was successful. The first attempt was with VS not running. I then uninstalled ftn95, and installed again with VS running. No difference.
Also, I opened an existing VS project, not fortran, and tried to debug. The first time it barfed out some error about debugger corruption, save your files. I closed it all, reopened, and then it debugged properly.
Odd! Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Chris~
