Hi all. I have to use in my program a big subroutine written by someone else. In this program
there is the command backspace which seems not to work in .NET modus.
DIMENSION EQUAT(10,2)
DIMENSION EQRHS(10)
...
OPEN(19,STATUS='SCRATCH',FORM='UNFORMATTED')
...
WRITE(19) EQUAT,EQRHS
...
WRITE(19) EQUAT,EQRHS
...
!now this part should read EQUAT,EQRHS beginning from the end of the file
BACKSPACE(19)
READ(19) EQUAT,EQRHS
...
BACKSPACE(19)
BACKSPACE(19)
READ(19) EQUAT,EQRHS
...
CLOSE(19)
In .NET the backspace doesn't do something. But the same code is working in Win32 mode.
Can somebody help????
