We are changing the way we provide support and updates for Salford FTN95: Fortran for Windows. Salford Software has previously provided a combined support and upgrade package. Providing a support package at the rates currently charged is no longer financially viable. We have decided to split upgrade and support in two.
Upgrades
Users can now take out an �upgrade� policy. This will allow the user to download any upgrades made available during the year of the policy. As previously this will only be available to people who already have the current version.
Support
Support will be provided via the forum system on the web site. This has been in existence since August 2004 and is growing everyday. It is regularly visited by members of the development team.
All current existing support policies are unaffected.
We offer bespoke support and consultancy to people who require it. This will be negotiated as required.
As always we encourage all users of FTN95 to submit what could be a bug in FTN95 or its libraries. Please submit these to ftn95@silverfrost.com
