I managed to trip over the time function and timediff functions, and gotten them to work. They produce the time and date, down to the nearest integer second.
I'm hoping to find something that produces the time down to decimal fractions of a second, such as tenths or hundredths of a second. Such functions have their own overhead, of course, and I realize that if I get the time to within a hundredth (or a thousandth) of a second, by the time I can use it for something, many more hundredths or thousandths of a second have passed and the time I got my not be exactly accurate any more. That's OK, I can live with that.
But it would be useful to have access to such functions, if they exist. Are the Time functions documented as a group, anywhere for the SCC compiler? |
