This message will be produced due to one of the following factors:

* There is a problem with SRC.EXE with versions prior to 3.53 release. It will show up when a C++ compiler is not installed and the user tries to link with FTN77 or FTN90.
* You have a demonstration copy of the compiler, you should purchase an upgrade.
* Serialisation files are corrupt or missing. You should re-install your software to correct this problem.
* A Dongle must be installed while installing and running this software.
