|
|
I have updated to Winteracter 9.0 and Silverfrost FTn95 Version 6.0
While all the Fortran files compile correctly, I find that some Winteracter resource files (.RC) do not compile while others do. Some that compiled previously do not now compile. By playing around with the Winteracter and Silverfrost src and salflibc lib and dll, I can actually get the problem resource files to compile but the Fortran files then give a library error. The Silverfrost files are all dated 30/10/2010 while the corresponding Silverfrost files are dated 7/7/2003. Previous version of Winteracter used the src file located in win32app/Salford but the current version uses those located in Program Files\Silverfrost.
There is some incompatability that I can not troubleshoot.
Any suggestions.

The resource compiler SRC has not changed significantly over the years although some extra features have been added.
Maybe SRC was not used previously but some other resource compiler. SRC cannot handle everything that the corresponding Microsoft compiler can handle.
Without detailed information it is difficult to comment further. |
