This is an updated version of an earlier article that described setting the PATH appropriately for use of a registered version of FTN95 with the IDE provided by FTN95 Express.
Updating the path is no longer required. When FTN95 Express installs, a dialog showing two features to install will be displayed, one is 'IDE Files' and the other is 'Compiler Files'. If you have a registered full version of FTN95 you wish to use with the FTN95 Express IDE, then simply right click 'Compiler Files' and choose not to install this feature from the menu. Your existing compiler will then be used by the FTN95 Express IDE.
Remember if you already have FTN95 integrated into Visual Studio then you do not need FTN95 Express, you all have the functionality available already. |
