Sometimes pushing debugger step by step (F7) you miss the line of interest if this is long program. Or it is way to hard to wait some conditions to occur. "Play history of debugging steps" would be extremely usesful when play it back.

Update on Jul 16 2008. When it is useful? Suppose you debug very long subroutine with lot of IFs and at some point the code abruptly jumps to the end. You then can put breakpoint on ending statement and just in one step "back in history" find the condition which led to the program termination.
