After installing 5.20 (Win32) I find I am unable to debug. Test programs compile and execute OK in production mode but stops when I attempt to
debug with the message

The PSAPI.DLL file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL NtAllocateVirtualMemory.

The machine is running Win98 2nd edition, and I am NOT going to test it on a newer OS version before this is clarified.

Plato version 4.0 is not compatible with Windows 98.
Try launching the debugger from the command line via SDBG or use an earlier version of Plato.

Microsoft ceased to support windows 98 in July 2006. Thus you cannot expect vendors of third party software such as Silverfrost to continue to support it. A lot of up todate software will not function correctly (if at all) on unsupported OS's.

I had noted that plato4 was not supported under Win98, but the problem also occurs when I run the debugger from the command line (which is what I usually do).
