CMNAMR appears to be missing

Currently this is a very minor item as the 32-bit version of this small utility works well.

At the moment, for x64 this routine requires a terminating @, i.e. CMNAMR@. |

The @ form also works for 32 bits ($ for third party compilers).
The @ form is standard and it's the documentation that needs changing. |
